Dave McMahon came as the first full-time Associate Pastor at First Baptist in January of 1982. He has been the Senior Pastor since March of 1985. He also is the church's Minister of Music. He grew up in Pontiac, Michigan. Received an under-graduate in Music at Indiana University. And secured his Masters in Divinity at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. He has been married since 1977 to his wife Karen. They have two children: Jonathan, 24 [and his wife Lacey & their daughter, Ella Joi] & Jessica, 21.

Mike Stambaugh came as a full-time Associate Pastor of Christian Education and Small Groups in July of 1998. He's a graduate of Grand Rapids School of the Bible and Music. Mike had over [14] years of pastoral experience in three churches in Michigan before joining the staff at First Baptist. Along with Life Group Ministry [Small Groups], Mike leads the Men's Ministry & oversees all aspects of Christian Education. He and his wife Cya have six children, and are also the grandparents of five.
